How to Return an Item


The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Please visit the Returns page to request a return authorization and we will respond within 1-2 business days.
  • Follow the instructions in the return authorization e-mail to receive your refund as quickly as possible    
  • Include a copy of the original receipt of purchase and your RGA # written on that sheet.

 

Return Exceptions

 

  • Some items can not be returned if they are opened, unless approved by Rodney W. Brazel Inc.
  • Return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of order.
  • Damaged or missing product from order MUST be declared within 30 days of receiving shipment.
  • No returns on electronic downloads (Wiring Diagrams, Service Manuals, Etc.)
  • No returns on electronic components.
  • No returns on cooler assemblies (Radiators, Condensers, Oil Coolers, Combination Coolers)
  • No returns on modules that have been programmed.
  • No returns allowed on items that have core charge fees.
  • Product that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Product that has been purchased from our Clearance parts list.
  • Orders totaling less than $25 before shipping fees are not eligible for returns.
  • If an item has increased in price since original purchase, refund will be for the ORIGINAL amount, not the current price.
  • Oversize Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Coupon code discounts that are applied at time of checkout will not be refunded to card but we will put that amount as store credit on your account. 
  • Product failure after 1 year. Warranty parts are warrantied from the date of the ORIGINAL part purchase date.

 

Refunds & Core Returns


  • Core return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the part
  • Please visit the Returns page to request a return authorization and we will respond within 1-2 business days
  • Follow the instructions in the return authorization e-mail to receive your refund as quickly as possible
  • We will process your refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of part
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost of core(s). If you would like a return shipping label provided, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



  • Core Requirements:
    Cores must be returned within 30 days from date of order. If you need additional time to return the core, you must contact us. Cores need to be OEM or equivalent parts. Cores must be in rebuild-able condition. Rebuild-able condition is at the discretion of Rodney W. Brazel Inc. and our Manufacturers. If the core is deemed not rebuildable, the core refund will be denied and Ultra RV Products will give the option to ship back the core at the customers expense or dispose of the core at no charge to the customer.


    Examples of Common Core Denials:
    -Physical damage to part
    -Missing components
    -Burnt or smoke damage
    -Incorrect or non-OEM spec core

Restocking Fee



  • Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee and deduction of return shipping cost if we are supplying the return shipping label. Although uncommon, if the product requires significant re-boxing or re-conditioning, we do reserve the right to deny the returned product and will offer the part back or scrap the part and issue half credit.
  • If order payment is made through PayPal, the processing fee we are charged by PayPal will be deducted from refund amount (5%) as this is non-refundable.
  • Make sure to package the returned product well so as to avoid any additional deductions from your refund amount.
  • EXCEPTIONS: Order error is our fault / Warranty / Cores / Special Circumstances (to be determined by our staff)

    Exchanges


    • Exchanges are not generally performed. If a different part needs to be sent, a new order needs to be created and paid for.
    • Replacement parts for an incorrect order due to our error, will be shipped the same method that the original order was. If you paid for next day air, we would ship next day air, if you opted for the flat rate ground shipping or paid for ground shipping, we would ship it ground for free. If you want to upgrade the shipping method, you may do so but you would be responsible for paying for those shipping charges.

      Warranty


      • All parts offered carry a 1 year / unlimited mileage, parts warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
      • Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the cost of the part only. Labor, tow, travel expenses or any other costs incurred due to failure of part(s) is not expressed or implied and will not be covered.
      • Aftermarket products generally carry their own specific warranty. Please contact either the manufacturer or us for assistance.
